Our Colleagues

At Merit, our colleagues will have a common trait, high professional integrity. Many of us have long experience in the ERP market and most of us have worked for many years with Infor M3. We rely, therefore, on a large knowledge base which can be tapped by all newly hired. We believe that knowledge is important but also involves other issues. Our consultants always have to be updated on their specific fields, namely finance, logistics, sales, and purchasing. Consulting skills rely strongly on a great deal of social intelligence, creativity and profound knowledge about our methodology, both work and project-oriented, and about our products. These are the growing grounds of our Merit Family, and we believe this fosters a very positive working environment.

Our values, the 3 C - Collaboration, Communication and Continuous Improvement, are reflected in all we do.
  • We help each other
  • We are positive and adaptable
  • We encourage curiosity
  • We share our experience and knowledge
  • We are proud of our achievements
  • We dare to ask questions
  • We are passionate
